Tristan has a long history of combining holistic exercise methods to focus on movement designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. With 17 years of experience, first qualifying with Trifocus Pilates method (2008) and then Basi (2012).

Tristan has a long history of combining holistic exercise methods to focus on movement designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. With 17 years of experience, first qualifying with Trifocus Pilates method (2008) and then Basi (2012).

During this time, she became interested in deepening her knowledge of body mechanics and conditioning to further assist her students and to enhance her own skills. This led her to enrolling in her first Yoga Vinyasa 500 RYT certification course. (Living Yoga 2012 & 2020)

Her expertise extends from joint replacements to spinal injuries, alongside everyday minor ailments. Yet, amidst her therapeutic work, she leads dynamic classes focused on overall fitness.

Tristan loves - Exploring personal growth and getting creative with writing, painting and photography. And my dogs!!

Nicole is a wife, mom and overall busy body! She has been instructing Pilates since 2018 and understands the challenges and barriers people often face when it comes to movement and exercise. Nicole loves going back to basics and through Pilates hopes to guide clients in reconnecting with their body and rediscover the joy of movement.
